Matthew Gaffney

While growing up, Matt Gaffney performed regularly for such august audiences as his father, mother, and sister, as well as his classmates in the town of Delhi, NY(oft times in class). Gaffney started really learning about theatre on the shores of Lake Ontario, at SUNY Oswego. This education has continued in such magical realms as the Glimmerglass Opera, Long Wharf Theatre, and currently the Yale Repertory Theatre. A Broken Umbrella Theatre has graciously agreed to help him remember why he fell in love with this art form in the first place.
