Cynthia Astmann

Cynthia Astmann has appeared in Seen Change!, Freewheelers, and The Library Project, and has contributed graphic design and properties work on those shows as well as Gilbert the Great. 

A Connecticut native, Cyn has been a jack-of-all-trades in her professional life but has never stopped performing. In addition to being a company member of A Broken Umbrella Theatre, she sings with the New Haven Chorale as a soprano. Cyn holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Purchase College School of Art + Design. She lives in New Haven with her wife, Dana, and their two cats, Thea and Seiji.
