Chrissy Gardner
Chrissy Gardner is a composer, singer, and pianist. She has composed four musicals and a dance piece in collaboration with A Broken Umbrella Theater: Short Story By A Tree, iMarvel, Head Over Wheels, The Library Project, and Freewheelers, which debuted at New Haven's International Festival of Arts & Ideas. Chrissy has written and recorded music for industrials and short films including “Visual Literacy” (produced with the Yale Center for British Art) and “Love For Passion.” She has recorded two full-length original contemporary albums, Alabaster Room (2009) and Waxwing (2016) featuring world-renowned musicians Tony Levin, Joe Vitale, Pete Huttlinger, Abigail Zsiga and Peter Stroud. Chrissy performs frequently at concert halls, clubs, and piano bars, and you can catch her every Friday night in the piano lounge at Crave in Ansonia, Conn.
