A Slice
Inspired by the real stories of New Haven apizza pioneers.
A Slice follows the Carbonizatto family's pizza shop from its immigrant beginnings as it passes down over generations.
Performed at Next Door Pizza as part of the International Festival of Arts and Ideas, A Slice was the seed for the fuller 2025 production Family Business: (A)Pizza Play.
